Actually whenever u transfer money using TT payment mode, there are certain bank charges deducted by third party bank, these charges vary bank wise. Same situation caome to me on my first fee transfer time. they received 15$ shortage. So in future every time when u transfer money ask ur exchange company about bank charges first, and u should add these charges to ur transfer money.. 

Or the other best way is DD or Bank Draft...I am sure when u transfer through DD you will not face these problems. and also better if u transfer ur money to STANDARD CHARTERED BANK.. since i m using this method i have not faced such problems.. 
And also tell me please which country you are living, so i can tell u which Exchange Co. is the best.

  1. I am an oversea student and I have sent the admission fee of $110- and the first installment of courses of $75/- at two different instances.

By the end of my Masters I would have paid them an extra $240 for unknown reasons. Kindly, help me through cuz none at the VU are responding to me.
