AGRICULTURE  DEPARTMENT

SR. NO. 83.    (CASE NO.35-RF/2011) RECRUITMENT TO (02) TWO POSTS OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIST (BS-18) + RS:165/- SP ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE PERIOD OF 05 YEARS ON ALL PUNJAB BASIS IN THE RESEARCH WING OF PUNJAB AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT, LAHORE.

QUALIFICATION:     “Ph.D in the subject of Agricultural Economics from a recognized University / Institute.”

AGE:            26 to 45  + 05 years general age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 = 50 years on 13-06-2011.

PLACE OF POSTING:          Any where in the Punjab.

PAY:                      BS-18 + Rs.165/- SP

ELIGIBILITY:          Both Male & Female candidates domiciled in any district of the Province of Punjab.

SR. NO. 84.    (CASE NO.36-RF/2011) RECRUITMENT TO (01) ONE POST OF HORTICULTURIST (BS-18) + RS.165/- SP ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE PERIOD OF 05 YEARS ON ALL PUNJAB BASIS IN THE RESEARCH WING OF PUNJAB AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT, LAHORE.

QUALIFICATION:     “Ph.D. in the subject of Horticulture from a recognized University / Institute.”                                                  OR

“M.Sc. Agri./ M.Sc. (Hons.) Agri (2nd Division) in Horticulture earned after B.Sc. Agri. / B.Sc. (Hons.) Agri. From a recognized University / Institute with seven years experience of research in Horticulture acquired after M.Sc. Agri. / M.Sc. (Hons.) Agri.”

SR. NO. 85.    (CASE NO.37-RF/2011) RECRUITMENT TO (01) ONE POST OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIST (BS-18) + RS.165/- SP ON CONTRACT BASIS, INITIALLY FOR THE PERIOD OF 02-YEARS, EXTENDABLE TO 05 YEARS ON ALL PUNJAB BASIS, IN THE WATER MANAGEMENT WING OF PUNJAB AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT, LAHORE.

QUALIFICATION:     “Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from a recognized University.”    OR

“M.Sc. Agri with Agricultural Economics as a major subject with 5 years experience in the field of Water Management.”

BOARD OF REVENUE DEPARTMENT

SR. NO. 86.    (CASE NO.11-RB/2011) RECRUITMENT TO (04) FOUR PERMANENT POSTS OF SENIOR SCALE STENOGRAPHERS (BS-15) IN THE BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB.

QUALIFICATION:

(i)       Graduate  or  equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

(ii)      A speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand in English & 40 words per minute in Typewriting.

PAY:   BS-15

AGE:   18 to 30  + 05 years general age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006  = 35  years on 13-06-2011.

SR. NO. 87.    (CASE NO.12-RB/2011) RECRUITMENT TO (08) EIGHT PERMANENT POSTS OF STENOGRAPHERS (BS-12) IN THE BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB.

QUALIFICATION:

(i)       Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; and

(ii)      A speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand in English & 35 words per minute in Typewriting.

PAY:   BS-12

AGE:   18 to 30  + 05 years general age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated  04-11-2006  = 35  years on 13-06-2011.

            2.         In case large number of applications are received for post(s), short-listing of the eligible candidates will be done in accordance with the policy of PPSC.

3.         Fax applications from in-country candidates, will not be accepted.

4.         Down loaded application forms from our website will also be acceptable.

            5.         “N.I.C valid on the closing date for receipt of applications will be accepted. However in case of expiry of NIC depositing receipt of NADRA for new NIC will be accepted at the time of interview”.

            6.         Note:  In case of change/deletion/addition in any column of the prescribed application form, the candidate would be liable to the rejection of his candidature.

7.         The number of posts may be increased or decreased at any stage.

8.         IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates will be admitted to the written examination / test provisionally at their own risk subject to their being found eligible in all respects. On detailed scrutiny of the applications of the candidates declared successful in the written examination / test, if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect under rules, his / her candidature will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether he/she has appeared in the written examination / test or qualified therein.
