emotional intelligent managers  will  be able to forgo short-term benefits for long-term benefits, strive for proindividual and prosocial emotions, and treat individuals as unique human beings.they ll have 
  1. The ability to perceive an emotion 
  2. The ability to consider problems from different emotional frameworks to make the best decisions
  3. The ability to properly interpret what an emotion means, what complex emotions mean;
  4. The ability to manage emotions effectively in yourself and others.
to be An extremely successful companyone of the best-kept secrets is that executive management should puts a strong emphasis on personal development and integrity in general in this regards
