Suppose the vast majority of company managers have high emotional intelligence. What would be the ultimate results of the managers' emotional intelligence? How may this fact give the company a competitive edge?

emotional intelligent managers will be able to forgo short-term benefits for long-term benefits, strive for proindividual and prosocial emotions, and treat individuals as unique human beings.they ll have - The ability to perceive an emotion
- The ability to consider problems from different emotional frameworks to make the best decisions
- The ability to properly interpret what an emotion means, what complex emotions mean;
- The ability to manage emotions effectively in yourself and others.
to be An extremely successful companyone of the best-kept secrets is that executive management should puts a strong emphasis on personal development and integrity in general in this regards
