u can take 7 subjects in the 3rd semester. I will suggest k app 3rd semester k subjects lain aur sath cs304 lay  lain  d grades walay subjects abhi na lain . try to improve ur CGPA in this semester. and Leave the D grade subjects for 4th semester.
