This seems not TRUE.... They might be some flexible in Viva but they gave the really tough time in the written work. I myslef submitted Project Proposal 4 time and then it was accepted.

 

And Even if this is true, to reveal it to all is really a bad thing.

 

For those, who have passed out, this news can let down their morale.

And for those, who will give their presentation+viva, this news can relax them extra and they may not try their best to prepare well.

 

 

This is my opinion. It might be right, might be wrong in someone's understanding. But it is my say, keep fair and let them others fair in their exams and in any other activities.
