FIXED ASSET is a long-term tangible asset that is not expected to be converted into cash in the current or upcoming fiscal year, e.g., buildings, real estate, production equipment, and furniture.

 

AND BY OPERATING MEANS AN ASSET WHICH IS IN USE AND PRODUCE SOMETHING FOR ENTITY.

 

DEFERRED ASSET is an amount owed to an entity that is not expected to be received by that entity within one year from the date of the balance sheet.
