1. What were the goals of the team while initiating the change? Were those goals 
attained effectively or not? Discuss briefly
Solution: 
A:part
1-the goals were that team decided to enhance the bank services  to 24-hours online 
2- They wanted to introduce telephone banking
3-Enhance the information acess to customers
4-Transition to new system without increase in labor cost
5-Introduce the new Even shift system
B:Part
yes they are able to achieve goals  To supervise the employees of evening shifts, they selected 
some individuals who were supposed to be the best. the updation of  website was not possible on regular basis due  to scarcity of the IT specialists, so resolve this issue they introduced telephonic information system.
2. What are the positive and/or negative aspects of the change brought in TBL?
Solution:
1- Bank services were enhance to 24 hrz due to TBL
2-Website information scarcity issue was resolved by TBL
3-Existing employees go career opportunities to earn more
4- Bank was able to won loyal customers
5-Bank trasition to online Banking and telephoic service had done without extra cost
3. Does the initial smooth performance of TBL ensure the consistent performance in 
the upcoming years? 
Solution:
Nope consistent performance need consistent lmprovment and consisten betterment in the system witht he time 
as far as here in this scenario we know that if the Bank keep on boasting up the motivation of his Employees 
by providing them compensations and reward they ll work smoothly. on the other hand better Customer relation have to be maitained by providing customer value to old and loyal ones. 
In case if Bank managment is not able to provide and suitable working environment that soon after sometime there will be a great
decline
