Dear Students, Please help me in this issue.

I am using window 7

when i connect my camera to software, its zoom changes and enlarge too much

there are no options to control zoom once connected,

when i disconnect cam from software and use cam normally, its zoom becomes normal.

do you have any idea to handle this situation?
