Please advise in which vu id, we have to report about the solution of this serious issue. I think these are:
1) registrar@vu.edu.pk
2) degree_2year@vu.edu.pk

please advise more?

i request to all VU student who have completed their degree or continues should report to VU management for solve this problems and VU should written specialization also on degree or should written verify link on degree..........
