according to my my knowledge 

1. sta630 should be passed 
2. 2.30 cgp
3. 90 credit hour should be earned 

vu reply nahi kar gye becuase according to rules ap ky minimum 90 credit hour earned honay chiyah. 

and may ap ka sta630 main F ho. wasy bi ap ky 87 credit hours hy.

so ap is semester main 2 sub rakh lain and aik extra semter aur lagana ho ga.
