Dear Friends! I am in market and working for last 30 years. My experience is very different. Degrees do not matter but only make criteria clearance, whereas one's attitude matters which is assessed in the interviews. Experience comes even later, when we talk of fresh candidates, I interview with specific concentration on his/her attitude. Mostly people forget basic mannerism and show over confidence, over promising, and also unrealistic approach. You change your attitude and you make the difference. Why you do not quot those who are with normal CGPA from VU and with no reference they are sitting in best places of market? I know hundreds of such people. Change your attitude please and rise from cribbing. Wait and work for your own fortune. Make it and enjoy your life.
