Muhammad Mehran , I'm too MBA 3.5yrs student ov Vu Also have F grade in Acc 501 & earned 60 crdt hurs ...My opinion is to give 1st preference to ur F grade as I think its must At once u have to clear F grade while D graded sub are ur own will to select them again & improve them but F must have to take until u dont clear them according to my knowledge....I also Give preference  to Acc 501 ...Agy ap jesy munasib smjho bro ..:)
