::: vuaskari.com ::: Not eligible for Project VIVA

is there some one who has correct information about what to do if some one is not eligible for VIVA Voice. has any one experienced this situation.

the INSTRUCTOR has told me that i have to re enroll to the Project.

please tell me about this.
