Dear, You are advised to ask your concerned employer/supervisor to accommodate you regarding issuance of Job Confirmation Letter on company's letter head. For the sake of safety, you should ask from the concerned authority to mention that "JCL is issued for educational purpose only to Virtual University of Pakistan in order to complete the course requirements of your degree program."
This will definitely secure your job in current organization and you will be able to get the required document. However, you should also update us if reference letter from the university is required
Dear I just need a advice I am in last semester of Bs (commerce) now I have to chose a internship or project actually I am doing a job here in Dubai its very difficult for me to complete a project on the other hand company doesn't issue me a internship certifice that is the issue..
