Below is my opinion.. please comment...

 

Scenario 1: Company A has intention to produce standardized products but the processes are still not formalized and documented.

 Company knows that it need to produce the standardized products .. ...Company must know the formalized processes

Knowledge GAP 

Scenario 2: Company A is using non formalized processes to produce vans.

 Company A must use (must do) the formalized process....... but is using the non formalized processes (company does)

Business GAP

Scenario 3: Company A will have to standardize its processes in order to produce sports car.

 Company smust know  standardize  process.................Company must produce the sports car (Company must do)

Future Knowledge-Business Link

Scenario 4: Company A is intended to gradually produce sports cars but still it is producing vans for transportation purpose."

Company knows that it need to produce the Sports cars..................... Still producing the VAN (Comopany does)

       Current Knowledge-Business Link
