My major is HR. Do i have to go for survey or field trip?

Naah...there is no field trip. It depends on the type of project you pick. If it is finance related, you have to get your stats from some bank atleast..

Internship is easy as compared to Project but its for Non-Job Holders

Only Job Holders can chose Project which may be tough but it has more usefulness in practical work
