ofcourse ADR process mein Mediation procees use hotaa hr lekin in the handbook u see the mediation section last line that parties in mediation create their own solutions and the mediator doesnot have any decision making powerover the out come. is line ki mujhe amjh nahi aa rahe he please explain it dear!
