They issued a voucher of USD 105... You did not pay...So when they issued the next voucher which was supposed to be 360 USD, they added previous 105 unpaid value to it and made new voucher of USD 465/-
You have to pay this amount. Overseas students have to pay their fees at one time only. There is no monthly fees.
You can pay your fees using demand draft or through telex transfer. For TT, you can go to any bank or any exchange near your place and give them VU's Standard chartered bank details. The information is available on your voucher. Print it clearly or write it yourself on piece of paper and give them including the bank code, their complete branch address etc and the telex code.
Ask them you need to deposit USD 465/- to VU. So they should add the extra amount for routing bank charge and their chance to it. They will make the transfer. Take the receipt of that transfer, scan it and upload it in your LMS.
