VU takes about Rs.2250 per course per semester, Last month they took fee of one subject  plus enrollment which was 1000, but this month they generated the final voucher for remaining fee of current semester, you can make 3 installment for you convinience or can pay in full, hope this answer will help you, 

It seems that you were expecting the last month voucher as full semester fee?
