Ase he hai pata nhi ye kia kar rahe han vu wale ab phir enhon ne likha hai k ye tuition fees hai jab ke ye log pehle le chuke han jo pichle month ka tha voucher us mein sab include tha semester enrollment fees aur tuition fees dono shamal the jab ke ab dobara phri tuition fees ka voucher issue kar dia hoa hai, i dont understand this situation, wat the hell this is? wat can we do, nothing.
