can anyone tell me my cgpa is 2.19 and my effective cgpa is 2.29 with one 'F". so if i pass that F grade subject then i will be able to get the degree or not because the CGPA calculator does not help me about this issue.

Your cgpa shown on your result sheet includes F Grade. But it is not your effective cgpa. To check your effective cgpa go to student service and then click on course selection, from there you can see your effective cgpa. F Grad has to be repeated.
