Dear there is new calculation of CGPA in every semester they dnt just add every induvidual cgpa to make a total

but they c the subjesct totals n devide it by the total num of cgpa subjesct in current n last passed subjects n then cgpa is calculated

so in-short final term result is also based on past passed semester ratio. so it happens.
