I think a student can apply for degree with a CGPA of 2.25 which is rounded to 2.3. you may confirm from VU through mail.

I got 2.29 CGPA but as u all know that 2.30 is required for degree. Any Senior Suggest me that me should apply for paper rechecking or not?
