GDB CASE

Despite of big investments, productivity of Domino's Pizza is declining in Pakistan during few years. Due to this problem management of Domino's Pizza in Pakistan decides in a meeting that this problem should be addressed on immediate bases and the task is given to the assistant manager operations. Think yourself as assistant manager and discuss the major factors that can affect the productivity improvement of Domino's Pizza either positively or negatively. Support your answer with the knowledge of production and operations management.

Usman wants to be a manager. He enjoyed his courses of accounting, marketing and finance. Each course provided with clear-cut answers to the questions. Now his professor of "Organizational Behavior" course is saying that there are no particular answers when it comes to managing people. Usman is very perplexed because he is thinking that if he does not get the clear directions regarding managing people than how would he become an effective manager.
