Scenario:
Operations Management decision concerns deciding the type of goods and services to be provided to customers and also the design and layout of these products and services in order to appeal the targeted customers.
Similarly, Pak Suzuki motors have modified their process of production of cars to enable their assembly line in minimizing defects especially in company fitted CNG kits. Many complaints have been put forward by loyal customers to revise the process in this major issue. Customers are more sensitive about other auto manufacturers in the industry who are challenging Pak Suzuki in this race. This issue has troubled sales of Pak Suzuki and its market share.
If this problem isn't fixed quickly, an increased amount of complaints will follow and customer value will be threatened.
Requirement:
In Total Quality perspective of Deming's chain reaction and profitability, what technical changes in production process of cars Pak Suzuki must incorporate quality in handling the defect of company fitted CNG kits?
