The Case:

Waxen Telecom is a converged communication services provider that delivers complete solutions for Internet, Voice, Multimedia and Enterprise Solution. Waxen telecom has one of HR policy that every employee who want to leave the job, he/she should submit prior notice of 3 months before leaving the job otherwise company can file a case against him. Hasham is working in waxen from 2010 at the post of HR manger. One of his subordinate Ali 17 years of age left the job immediately due to sudden happening. Being HR manger Hasham reported to the company boss that Ali has left the job without giving any prior notice.

Discussion Question:

Being a student of business and labour law, you are required to suggest company owner the possible remedies available to him and what actions he can take?
