Dear Binish,

you have raised our attention to a vey important point, job dissatification , a motivation for entrepreneurship. However, at the same time I strongly feel that this should not be the only reason to accept a friend's offer. Just think practically, if you are fed up with your job would just buy a business? what if  after getting independance, your company goes bank crupt!! just because you didnt check how the business was going?

Just wanted to share my opinion, since we are here to learn!! i am not sure as per our course material  so its just what I think!!

 yes i ll accept because of job dissatisfaction. this will motivate me to purchase. Here in this give scenario I want independence (not want to work for anyone else). This is primary reason for purchasing new business.

For males: Money earning is secondary ordered reason

For females: job satisfaction, achievement, opportunities and money are secondary ordered reasons
