Yes, there are subtle differences between these two models.
In incremental Model: add to the product at each new phase
In Iterative Model: redesign the product at each new phase
Example.
Lets say we are a building a new house then,
In Incremental model we start with a simple house, and then keep adding rooms & upgrades to this house.
In Iterative model the design of the house is amended and improved and repeated until it fulfill all the requirements
Write down the differences between data and information with an example? 3
Data is the collection of raw facts and figures which are used by the management in future.
e.g. The students entered their data in admission form like their names, addresses, phone numbers etc which universities store in their databases.
Information on the other hand is data in processed form, which can be used for decision making purpose.
e.g. The list of students who have secured 80% marks can give management information about students which can be offered scholership.

Customer privacy is the main issue faced by CRM. As we know CRM deals with a lot of data about customers, and collecting this huge amount of data and maintaining privacy of data can be problem as these CRM software are connected to various communication channels.
Secondly there is lack of strong standards and protocols in CRM implementation and new versions of CRM are published frequently which may cost the user.

Evaluate prototyping in terms of benefits and risks. 5
Benefits
· They can be easily changed or even completely discarded
· Can improve communication between users and management
· They may reduce misunderstandings between developers and customers
· The users which have used prototypes will be trained to operate final system
· A lot of costs can be saved as it's a dummy which is being tested and if fails will not cost much as that of failure of final system.
Risks.
· User may ask for change again and again which is troublesome
· It may not be true working model of final system and can mislead the users.
· Its is time consuming and users may not be ready to provide useful feedback
