1-better employee selection so that workers are more likely to stay with the company

2-training employees to make them more efficient and productive

3-attaining harmonious labor relations

4-effectively managing health and safety issues in the workplace

5- He or she must Offer the career opportunities to his employee as compensation

6-He or she must offer the some incentives like Health caring Facilities to skilled employees

7-As CEO he or she must be concerned to provide them Better quality of living style
