3	Unequal power distribution	Self esteem	1-In Austrailian society Jack was  facing unequall poswer distribution 2- In Pak society jack will motivate employees to work for  self respect, personal worth, autonomy
4	Merit-based reward system	Physiological needs	1-      in Australia there is material based (money reward system) 2-      in the Pakistan jack will deal with employees so that they have to fulfill physiological needs after having hectic routine work.
