:) yes i agree the script of LMS establish connection between User and LMs Machine!!!
but on that evening when this happen, there was too many requests back time on the server, if we think positively we can conclude Vu is adding/upgrading its servers, that is why maybe some servers were responding and some were not, servers those were responding they can not off all servers in updating process, coz they now students got Assignments and GDBs, that is why LMS was still working on that evening even in busyness (in some region or area) so i think they will give extra days other wise students can mail there Assignments and GDBs to said Instructor at his her Email. and about Quiz and visit the Login page of LMS there is also An Email is given use it when LMS is showing any error also LMS_support@vu.edu.pk
Note! always send mail to Vu authorities from your Vu mail account.:p
