Note:	CATEGORIES: (A) CONSULTING SURGEON (THORACIC CARDIOVASCULAR)=ONE (B) CONSULTING PHYSICIAN (PAEDIATRICS)= ONE, (C) CONSULTING PHYSICIAN (CARDIOLOGY)=ONE AND (D) CONSULTING ANAESTHETIST=ONE. DOMICILE: Merit=One, Punjab=One, Sindh(Rural)=One, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa=One. (i) Registration with PMDC required. (ii) Candidates must clearly indicate in their application forms the category (A) to (D) for which they have applied. Separate Application Form must be used and separate fee be paid for each category
