Special Pay:
Job Duties:	i) He/ She will be responsible for advising the Comdt on all matters concerning, connected with or affecting the health and conditions of service of civilian employees. ii) He will be responsible for keeping an up-to-date indexing of all order and Instructions affecting civilian employees in any way. iii) He will be responsible for keeping abreast of all legislations applicable to civil employees and for bringing to the notice of the Comdt such existing legislations as may affect a case or cases, and any new legislation which may be introducted from time to time. iv) He will be responsible for keeping himself informed of the difficulties and problems of the civilian employees.

Eligibilty:	Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation, whether in Minimum or Maximum age limits).	five (5) years general relaxation (52 years for retired Army Officers)

Qualification/Experience required:	B.A OR Matric or equivalent in case of retired Army Officer with experience of the post
