also not used Dev C++ bt as u asked abt difference .... A Project is somewhat BIG in nature,,, like Project is to computerize the manual processing, or Designing a software.... on the other hand a simple file is a single program or process used for a single specific purpose. e.g. to Calculate The something, or handle a specific problem at hand we write program using some programming language.
