You can take these F and D grade subjects in any semester. But keep in
mind the credit hours allowed in one semester. It will be I think 21
credit hours (Means 7 subjects each of 3 credit hours).
Consider the toughness of subjects also during course selection.
I suggest that take the F grade subject first because it is more
essential than improving D grade.
The second thing is the theory of CS-402 in fresh in your brain, so
little effort will be required to pass it.
And if I would be on your place, I will select both subjects.
