Dear first paste ur gmail of yahoo id in the id box 

than select the secret question from the drop down list which is given there

than ans that question and keep remember that question and answer for future probs

and than sbmit 

on sucessfull submission u ll get a mail on the pasted id 

there is a link in that mail u have to click and make confrmation of registration than u ll b registered :) g_luck
