“Our mission is to operate a chain of restaurants that will prepare and serve high quality food on a timely basis and reasonable prices.”
Suppose you are CEO of this organization. What kind of strategic, tactical and operational goals your organization will define?
As a CEO of this organization I will make a strategic plan. As I know my goal. But I should act upon it. In my strategic goal I will think and act on future results. I will make 3 types of managers for my company. So I will easily handle the situation. As I am the top manager so I will give orders to middle managers. I will make different departments for the organization. For example, quality control department, quantity control department. Finance department etc. I should think that who will be my costumers? Where will be my products available for costumers? These kinds of questions will help me for good business. For management I will search and choose the best skilled managers.
For the convenient of customers, I will suggest a free home delivery of our product. So the costumers will be interested in our product. We should not forget the price. The price must be reasonable.
